Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like breastfeeding pillows, pacifiers, and opened baby care products cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.
