Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like breastfeeding pillows, pacifiers, and opened baby care products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@nicolejay.shop with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  • We’ll provide return instructions and address details.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
